This session examines how feedback from a Systems Appraisal can be used to launch a Quality Check-up Visit. The speakers provide examples of ways in which appraisal ratings were systematically used to update their Systems Portfolio, revise key performance indicators and to provide evidence for the Quality Check-up team.
