This session examines the relevance of disruptive innovation in professional doctoral education programs. It presents the context for disruptive education in higher education, the changing nature of higher education, the changing nature of doctoral education and provides case studies of two professional doctoral degrees’ disruptive innovation in the disciplines of Business and Healthcare Administration.
