This session will focus on the product of an Action Project -- CAM (Curricula Approval Matrix). This tool is a roadmap for any type of curricula development or change that needs to be made at the institution. This includes from the start of the research and development, through all of the paperwork, and approvals from the state, the accreditor, and from the Deparment of Education. The CAM has been used by our instiution for three years now and has proven to be invaluable in guiding employees through the maze of program approval and revision.

Target Audience:

This session would be for anyone interested in who to capture and/or process map all of the steps that need to be taken in program approval or revision.

Attendees will understand what the communication needs within an insitution when program are developed or revised, and how to develop a systematic plan that all required steps are taken and communication is completed.
